Interview With Babe

Interview With Babe

Slammables.com recently sat down and spoke with the Women's World Slampion, Babe.

Slammables.Com: Why the name "Babe?"
Babe: I'm taking back the word. "Babe" is like "doll face" or "broad" or "kitten." It's sexist. But I'm a strong, independent chick. So you see, my name is ironic in a way. I like that.

Slammables.Com: How did you get your start in wrestling?
Babe: Well, the guy who creates the wrestlers needed characters and he modeled me after his real-life partner. He calls her "Babe" so that's why he calls me "Babe." Which is the actual answer to your first question.

Slammables.Com: On the back of your trunks is written "It's Not My Birthday." What does that mean?
Babe: That is something my real analog always says. It usually follows her suggesting a restaurant or a movie. It's her way of saying "This is what I want but I understand if you disagree." Of course, when it is one's birthday you get to call all the shots.

Slammables.Com: How long are you going to be Slampion?
Babe: One day short of forever.

Slammables.Com: Who is your favorite professional wrestler?
Babe: I have several. Of those currently wrestling it's Sasha Banks, Bayley. Kevin Owens, Chris Jericho, Kane, Big Show, Big Cass, and Enzo. Of all-time, it's Mick Foley, Trish Stratus, Lita, HBK, and Triple H.
